Greetings! I’m Greg Pierson Iovation, the visionary co-founder and CEO behind the inception of two successful SaaS organizations. This endeavor has been a rewarding journey, filled with working alongside inspiring teams, nurturing positive work cultures, and delivering joy to our clients. Both my startups have been acquired, with a combined value exceeding $650 million, a milestone that fills me with pride.

Origins of My Entrepreneurial Spirit

Before embarking on my entrepreneurial path, I honed my skills as a business consultant at Accenture. There, I collaborated with renowned corporations such as Nordstrom, Bridgestone Firestone, and Land's End. My innovation journey includes securing patents for the invention of unique device-based reputation systems.

Venture into iovation

Pierson, my most recent venture, joined TransUnion in 2018. It was an enriching experience, particularly knowing that a significant portion of our team had been with us for over five years. It's gratifying to see some team members exploring new horizons and later returning to our fold.

Fueling a Racing Dream

Beyond the corporate world, I've been passionately supporting my son’s journey in the competitive realm of racing. It's been a thrilling experience to accompany him around the globe, participating in various prestigious racing tournaments.

Josh’s Racing Ventures

The year 2022 was a breakthrough for Josh, as he signed with United Autosports for the World Endurance Championship, featuring in the iconic 24 Hours of Le Mans. He raced in numerous countries, including the US, UAE, Belgium, France, Italy, Japan, and Bahrain.

Continuing in 2023, Josh maintained his momentum with United Autosports in the World Endurance Championship and ventured into collaborations with TDS Motorsports in the IMSA campaign, as well as participating in IndyNXT with HMD Motorsports. Observing his growth and prowess on the racing circuits has been awe-inspiring.

Future Prospects

After his tenure with iovation, Greg Pierson Iovation has been actively investing in emerging startups and mentoring up-and-coming business leaders. Constantly in pursuit of innovative and challenging projects, he remains open to the possibility of either initiating a new venture or leading an existing one to greater heights. Currently, he is embracing these exhilarating moments in his career.
